Delete your MedsAlert Off Grid & Offline account

Use this page to request deletion of your MedsAlert Off Grid & Offline account if you no longer have the app installed. If you do still have the app, in-app deletion is faster — see below.

Fastest path: delete from inside the app

If MedsAlert Off Grid & Offline is still installed on your device, you can delete your account immediately:

Open MedsAlert Off Grid & Offline.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

This deletes your account record on our side and clears all on-device medication and reminder data immediately.

Without the app: submit a request below

Submit the email address you used to sign in to MedsAlert Off Grid & Offline. We will confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days, in line with Google Play's account-deletion policy.

What gets deleted:

Your account record on our servers (email, name, Google account ID, marketing preference).
Your subscription to any marketing emails you opted in to.

What we cannot delete remotely:

Medication and reminder data still stored on a device. That data lives only on the device — uninstall the app or clear app data from Android Settings to remove it.

Prefer email?

You can also email justin@solodevstudio.com with the subject "MedsAlert Off Grid & Offline — Account Deletion Request" and the email address you used to sign in. Same 30-day SLA.

What happens next

We confirm receipt of your request by email.
We verify the request was submitted by you (a quick reply check on the email address you provided).
We delete the account and confirm completion in writing.

Total time: typically a few business days; never more than 30 days.
