What it does

MedsAlert Off Grid & Offline schedules reliable reminders backed by Android's AlarmManager and keeps your medication data on your device. After a one-time first-launch sign-in, the app works fully offline.

• Customizable reminder schedules (daily, interval, weekend mode, dose-by-dose).
• Stock tracking with low-stock and expiration alerts.
• Adherence history in chart, table, and calendar views.
• Optional biometric lock to gate access to the app.
• CSV / JSON export and import for backup or device transfer.
• Home-screen widgets for next reminder and recent doses.

Account & privacy

• One-time Sign in with Google at first launch creates your account.
• After that, the app works offline; medication data stays on your device.
• Account record (email, name, Google account ID) stored in Firebase Authentication.
• Optional opt-in for product-update emails (Settings → Account, opt-out by default).
• Delete your account any time from the in-app Settings → Account, or via the public form linked below.
